Meeting Rooms

Consider John M. Cuelenaere Public Library (JMCPL) when you need a room to hold your meeting, recital, presentation, workshop, or social gathering such as birthday party, Christmas concert, Christmas party.

Choose from one of two small meeting rooms (which can be combined into a large meeting room), as well as the Mahon Auditorium.  All rooms are wheelchair accessible.

JMCPL has a selection of presentation equipment available, as well as a kitchenette and coffee urns.

Mahon Auditorium
The Mahon Auditorium seats up to 168 people and features a state of the art sound system. It comes equipped with a video projector and a baby grand piano. The Mahon Auditorium is the perfect place to hold your seminars, information sessions, music recitals or Christmas concert. Want to prepare your own refreshments? A kitchenette and coffee urns are available and can be booked for your use.

Meeting Rooms One and Two
Meeting Rooms One and Two each hold up to 25 chairs, with one table at the front. Chairs can be set up in various ways depending on your needs. If you find you need additional chairs, more are available. Want to prepare your own refreshments? A kitchenette and coffee urns are available and can be booked for your use.

Meeting Room Three
Need a bigger meeting room? Meeting Room Three may be just what you need. It can fit up to 75-80 chairs, depending on your requirements. Again, tables are also available if you request them in your set-up. A kitchenette and coffee urns are available and can be booked for your use.

Overtime charges or levies may be applied to room bookings made for outside the Library's regular hours of operation, and on statutory holidays.
